Social Services
Social Services assist with each resident's adjustment after admission to our community. Our staff continues to monitor the resident's social and emotional well being during his or her stay. Social Services will work closely with the family, physician, and resident to coordinate discharge plans. We can make referrals to community resources when appropriate.

Hospice Care
Our Hospice Care Program is designed to provide sensitivity and support for people in the final phase of a terminal illness. Working in conjunction with area hospice programs, we provide skilled nursing care to manage a resident's illness in a dignified manner, enhancing the quality of life in the last days.

Respite Program
We also provides respite care, for a few days or a few weeks, for caregivers in the community. Contact the Admissions Coordinator for information or a reservation.

Additional Services

• Licensed Therapists provides physical and speech therapy, as well as occupational therapy for residents who may be recovering from major surgery, neurological and orthopedic conditions and other illnesses, injuries or disabilities
• Registered Dietitian maintains optimal nutrition for all residents
• Discharge planning and training with residents and their family to allow them to manage illnesses and function independently in their own home
